Most of us have anxiety. Even the most world class athletes out there areworriedof things that go bump in the night. This can be rational concern, or irrational fearfulness. So long as you've got some anxiety, no matter what kind, you are not accomplishing nearly as much as you could in life.
The good news is that there's a few distinct ways to nip worries in the bud, so to speak. The old school, macho way is to just grit your teeth and bare it. Suck it up, and face your fears with pure will power. To be sure, this works if you can do it, but it does develop a lot of stress, anxiety, and dreadful nightmares that may very well haunt you late into the evening.
Some people try another way, which is to argue away anxiety. Like trying to rationalize why walking across the parking lot at night isn't so scary. Obviously, you'll have very limited success with this. Because dread is unconscious, not something that we decide on.
Like when you feel like eating something. If you tried to tell yourself logically why a burger isn't healthy, and expect to not be hungry because of your logical argument, that would be just silly. This would be something that would never work.
However, there are some things you can do. You can use hypnosis. When you use hypnotism, it will be like pulling the worry out by the root, so it doesn't ever grow back.
The reason hypnotism works so well, is because it removes the worries at the root, instead of trying to paper over the top.
A great way to get rid of dread is with positive affirmations. Just say the opposite of the thing you are scared of. If you are relaxed when you do this, it will work even better.

Most stuff, even the small stuff, makes us afraid. But here's another solution. After the fears are gone, getting what you want will be an straightforward piece of cake. Of course, it won't be magic or anything like that. You will still make mistakes from time to time. But even then you'll get better at the game of life.
What's the reason? Every time you act, win or lose, you'll learn some thing. And this thing that you learn will give you more skills for the next time around. And if you keep getting better, you'll be getting more and more stuff.
How do you remove this fear? When you use self hypnotism, it's pretty uncomplicated. All you've got to do is get to that sleepy state of mind when you can conveniently relax. Then just reprogram your mind to think the way you want to think. If you keep on doing this, day in and day out, you'll soon be on top of the world.
