If you've been around for a while, then you have likely heard how strongly efficient it can be to transform your objectives, so that getting what you want out of existence can be effortless and useful.
However, what we don't stop and acknowledge is that our philosophy are mostly subconscious, and we don't really acknowledge exactly how much they are doing for unless we can bring them up and take a look at them.
It can be amazingly hard to adjust a limiting notion until we know what those opinions are on a deep level.
Another thing is that a lot of these thinking were built in to protect us, and they aren't going to want to be changed.
It's like there's a huge weight to changing these viewpoints, so we need to loosen them up somehow.
The way do we figure them out?
The easiest way is to first be able to write something down, and then write down all the different reasons why you think you can't get it.
